Id	Explanation
1	Just report it.
2	Change the payment status.
3	Change the payment status and cancel (if successful).
4	Change the payment status and send feedback.

PayWatch Supported Payment Status List (PaymentStatus > Id)

2	Payments in the "Started" status
5	Payments in the "Failed" status
7	Payments that are in a failed status in the query.
